Now that Goldman Sachs boss Jon Corzine has been subpoenaed by a Congressional committee, the question is now what will this one-percenter tell Congress at his hearing next Thursday.
Some legal experts advise that the former head of the Goldman crime syndicate plead the fifth, or at least stick to a carefully prepared statement. While this may be the best course of action from a legal standpoint, it won't look too great in the televised hearing.
Meanwhile, the massive $1.2 billion of customers cash has brought on probes by the FBI and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission into alleged violations of federal laws on segregated client accounts.
Looks like a tough day for Jon, no matter how you look at it.
