Guys .. there's something you need to understand about the internets and web pages and stuff ..
When you fill out a form on a web page, all of the information you type in those boxes is sent to the server which served up that webpage to your browser. Software associated with the webserver takes all of those bits of information and puts them in a database or logfile somewhere, and that database or logfile ends up in the hands of some data mining person somewhere.
When you fill out the form on the recently published diary regarding the chamber ad running in the borders, you actually provide all of the information in that form to the US Chamber, which makes no guarantee whatsoever what it will do with it. It's very highly unlikely that your 'email' will ever go anywhere except into the bit bucket .. and it just as highly likely that your personal info will go into somebody's database
