Earlier in 2011, Austrian law student Max Schrems asked Facebook for all his personal data and, under a European law that requires full access to any company's data about an individual if the individual so requests, the European base of Facebook in Dublin, Ireland turned over about 1,222 pages of PDF files on a CD documenting activity dating back to 2008, including materials deleted by Schrems more than a year previous and hundreds of other details.

Schrems is not satisfied. He is asking for ALL the data, including biometrics, and is appealing to the EU.
