5:46 PM PT: A new batch of entrance polls puts it at Paul, 23.5%; Romney 23.5%; Santorum, 19.5%.
5:49 PM PT: With 3% of actual votes reporting (according to the AP), it's 26 Santorum, 23 Paul, 18 Romney, 16 Newt.
5:53 PM PT: As Aaron Blake points out, "Last time self-IDed Republicans made up 9/10 voters. This time, around three-quarters."
5:55 PM PT: 6% now in, 24/24/22 Santorum/Paul/Romney.
5:59 PM PT: Based on the counties that have reported so far, it would have been Huck 30, Romney 27, Thompson 15 in 2008 (if the same counties had also reported early then). Romney, of course, went on to lose by a much bigger margin, 9 points.
6:02 PM PT (Kaili Joy Gray): The liveblogging continues in the next thread.
