But this really takes the cake.
It's one thing to not vaccinate your own child. As wrong as I and the great majority of the medical establishment might think that is.
But to send infectious diseases through the mail via Facebook as this news report shows is a flight beyond crazy. These people need to be locked up in my opinion.
Not only do they risk their own children but everyone in between that might come in contact with the infectious material.
Lets jump the squiggle and look at a couple quotes
The Facebook group is called "Find a Pox Party in Your Area." According to the group's page, it is geared toward "parents who want their children to obtain natural immunity for the chicken pox."
On the page, parents post where they live and ask if anyone with a child who has the chicken pox would be willing to send saliva, infected lollipops or clothing through the mail.
A Facebook post reads, "I got a Pox Package in mail just moments ago. I have two lollipops and a wet rag and spit."
Two people on the Facebook page were looking for measles, mumps, and rubella.

According to the Facebook page, parents sent contaminated material from Arizona to California, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, and Canada
.
Not only is this idiocy at its finest, it's a
Federal offense to mail pathogens as far as I know. If it isn't it needs to be.
I've never had the Pox and I'm sure I'm not alone. Only now as an adult if I get these supposedly mild childhood diseases, I could die as could you or any other poor sap who happens to cross paths with these envelopes of pestilence.....
I really thought I'd heard the worst from this group, I guess I was wrong......again
