I overheard some folks talking loudly about a point scheme that can be applied to Fox News - I guess these guys couldn't escape Fox being watched by someone else and created this game to make the situation tolerable. I wish I could ask those guys what the point values were and how they were awarded.
Anyway, the on-air folks have such a consistent and constant script fed to them of "Republican Good - Democrat Bad - Tea Party Very Good" I can't figure out what would work to recreate their game. I know that the consistency is crucial to making point awards unquestionable but without some understanding of their rules, I can't figure out who would be the winner for each batch of segments.
I can't imagine it being as simple as how many times the "Fox News - Fair & Balanced" plug is used after another reworking of the same script of "Republican Good - Democrat Bad - Tea Party Very Good" - can it? I so want to figure out something that will work.
I don't subject myself to Fox News by choice. However, there is about once every so often that it would be rude to insist the television be turned to something else or turned off. At least this way a wager can be made with the loser buying the first round, appetizers, lunch, dinner, etc..
