So. Ex-Governor Jeb 'Plezzzzzzzzzzzz Run for President and Save Our GOP Azzezzzzz' Bush. It was YOU.
YOU did this.
YOU signed that damn law.
And YOU aspire to be PRESIDENT of the United States in 2016?????
FORGETABOUT IT.
Any Governor who signs a bill into law that basically gives people the right to shoot to kill on demand, anytime they want to, for any reason they want to, just as long as they KILL the person DEAD so that THEY can then SAY that
'I-I-I wazzz skreeeeed and that person looked like they might try to think about conjuring up some thoughts in their heads to harm meeeee' ----
Any Governor who has signed a bill into law like this, including Indiana's Governor, another great GOP hope and the other 11 state Governors ---
Any Governor who did this ---
Treyvon Martin is on you.
Live with it. Deal with it.
And spare me Jeb Bush, with your pitiful 'endorsement' of Mitt Romney.
Do you really think that it means something? That you done something good today?
I had heard about the Trayvon Martin story about a couple of weeks ago, but even then I had no idea that the State of Florida, as well as 13 other states including a state where a lot of my family lives -- many of them black males -- had such an outrageous law on the books that gives license to idiots with guns to behave badly and then feign self-defense.
I didn't say anything about this then because I said that for once, I would WAIT and hear all of the circumstances of this case because I didn't want to go off half cocked with a knee-jerk reaction to only learn of some mitigating circumstances that put things into a different perspective.
Then I heard the damn 911 tape. I heard that poor child beg for his life and then
BANG.
Bang. He stopped begging and crying for his life. He was DEAD. Shot in the street like a dog.
No.
Dogs are even treated better than this.
Excuse me while I now go off fully cocked. This is some straight up bullshit. Sorry for the faint of heart Kossers who don't like cussing, but, I'm sorry.
I'm too mad.
No. Scratch that. I'm too hurt.
I don't have kids. It's stories like these that makes me glad that I don't. I can't imagine it.
I had to hear on a talk radio show a grown black man break down and SOB on the Randi Rhoades show at the thought of something like this happening to his son.
Emmett Till's mother spent most of the rest of her life waiting for justice for her son.
Let's hope that the Martin's don't have to spend the rest of their lives waiting for justice for theirs.
LAWMAKERS NEED TO HELD TO TASK FOR THESE INSANE STATE LAWS THAT REINSTATES THE WILD WILD WEST IN A COUNTRY THAT STILL HAS A RACE PROBLEM.
That's all I've got to say.
