"The National Organization for Marriage announced it will launch a “Dump Starbucks” advertising campaign in the United States, the Middle East and Southeast Asia" over the issue of gay marriage.
I can't tell from the article whether Starbucks has issued a statement supporting gay marriage, covers domestic partners and gay spouses, or just generally supports gay rights. Maybe someone who follows this stuff more closely can advise.
NOM plays the Culture War/ Attack On Religion card:
"In many areas of the world where Starbucks does business, the concept of ‘gay marriage’ is unheard of and deeply offensive to cultural, moral and religious values. In taking these actions, Starbucks has declared a culture war on all people of faith ..."

The article includes a dandy clip of Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz responding to NOM questions at a shareholders' meeting (2:35):
"We made that decision, in our view, through the lens of humanity and being the kinds of company that embraces diversity." Heartwarmingly, general applause followed this comment.
I patronize Starbuncles (as I call them) occasionally; I like their venti Passion iced tea, and I save the covered plastic cups for my iced tea at home. Now you too can buy their wares with a bit less gulit and a bit more enthusiasm.
