The new computer I bought died, and because it's past the 21-day period after purchase, I'm having to pay to ship it in for repairs. This means I can't write my books, can't do art, and can't make the extra cash we rely on to support ourselves. I'm on a little Netbook that I can barely use for now. This, combined with the weather here requiring us to run space heaters one day and AC the next, has made my electric bill balloon in a matter of a month and a half.
I have to pay $450 by Wednesday to avoid disconnect.
I got the computer to finally be able to do my art and write my books at a fast, consistent pace, and in less than a month, it died. Because I couldn't open it up and swap out the part they sent, I had to wait for a friend to help me. When we finally could, we found out that something's still wrong and it has to go in. The head of tech support for the company refuses to cover the shipping on it due to the delay, so I'm having to pay to ship it. They'll fix it, but only if I can get it to them.
The loss of income while I'm down, and unexpected cost of shipping the computer with bill and food money, means I was unable to pay my electric near the end of last month, and added to the new bill, now face disconnect. I can pay it out of the remaining food money for the month, but that wipes me out.
Any help with the bill is GREATLY appreciated. I'll send anyone who emails me (xlarimex(at)gmail.com) my account number and the electric company number to call, so payments go directly to them. I'm very sorry to be asking for help again, and feel really horrible about it.
