After the success of HoosierD42's "Doubling the House" series of diaries in which HoosierD42 presented hypothetical maps of congressional districts in a hypothetical situation in which the size of the United States House of Representatives is increased from 435 to 870 seats, I'm going to be starting a fantasy redistricting series based on a hypothetical situation in which the size of the House is increased to a whopping 3091 seats...one seat for every 100,000 people living in the 50 states, rounded down.
