It's no suprise the MOTU were not going away after not succeeding with earlier efforts to take away the internet from the people.
Now it's via something called the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement.
The U.S. Trade Representative is this week negotiating behind closed doors with other countries on IP, copyright and other issues - we don't know what exactly. Things that will change the way people can use the internet need to be discussed in an open and transparent manner, and that is not happening.
There's definitely an interest in these issues among Kossacks - there are over 500 diaries with the tag "SOPA" on DKos - and yet presently just a handful for TPP/Trans-Pacific Partnership-tagged diaries.
There's time to make a stink and we need to make it now, before it's too late.
These 0.1%'ers aren't giving up, so we gotta keep at it.
I'm just learning about this myself, but I can point you in a few helpful directions to learn more:

LET'S STOP THIS!
...I forgot to add the Yes Men video from them infiltrating their soiree to present a 'Corporate Power Tool' award to US Trade Rep Ron Kirk.
