part VI on Shelby County TN Voting Irregularities (this series starting with Black voter voting histores being erased - a pre-requisite for removing them from the November voter rolls).
Today we learn that 33% (180,000) of the voters in Shleby County have been removed from the active voter rolls.
A spring cleaning of the county's voter rolls, based on identifying names of people who had not cast ballots in any federal election since 2006, has resulted in voting rolls that as recently as March showed 611,937 voters now listing just 431,054 names.........The most substantial change involved moving 151,826 people who have not voted in any of the two most recent federal election cycles to "inactive" status........A smaller number of people, about 32,781, were affected by the more consequential process of being purged. Another 5,000 were purged based on other factors, including felony conviction, notification of address change or notice of death... Voter rolls in Shelby County shrinking due to moves by election commission
The list of "voters" now stand at 90% of those who Shleby County officials say voted in 2008, while over the last 30 years voter turnout has been about 70% for Shleby County presidential elections. it is hard to beleive that over 100,000 eligible voters have simply not registered to vote or that Shelby counties popution shrunk by such a large number in the last 4 years.
From Wikepedia about Shelby County
Shelby County is a county located in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It is the state's largest both in terms of population and geographic area, with a population of 927,644 at the 2010 census. Its county seat is Memphis. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 784 square miles (2,030 km2), of which 755 square miles (1,960 km2) is land and 29 square miles (75 km2) (3.71%) is water. As of the census[7] of 2000, there were 897,472 people, 338,366 households, and 228,735 families residing in the county. The population density was 1,189 people per square mile (459/km²). There were 362,954 housing units at an average density of 481 per square mile (186/km²). The racial makeup of the county was 48.56% Black, or African American, 47.34% White, 0.20% Native American, 1.64% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 1.20% from other races, and 1.02% from two or more races. 2.60% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
Shleby County has a long history of voter disenfranchisement. In 2010:
In August 2010, an incorrect early-voter database loaded into electronic poll books led to many election-day voters being told incorrectly that they had already voted, although the glitch was spotted early and most affected voters were allowed to cast ballots. It was later discovered that a veteran election technician, hired when Democrats controlled the commission, had loaded the wrong database, and a lawsuit alleging chicanery and asking that the results be overturned. Voter rolls in Shelby County shrinking due to moves by election commission
What I have learned:
1) Shelby County officials have admitted to keeping at least 3 seperate sets of voter records (when thy got caught they said the "official" one was correct),
2) Shelby County has been proven to have hired an outside person to "modify" the way the Diebold system works, counts votes, and tracks voting records,
3) If Shelby County was in California their entire vote system would be de-certified,
4) Local, State, and Congressional Elected members have called for formal, official, and thourough investigations, so maybe the truth can still come out,
5) Voting systems and records are just complicated enough that fraud and maniplution are extrememly easy to do - while simltaneously difficult to prove,
What I already knew/believed:
1) The invisble vote counting systems are broken and do not work. it has been documented that Nationwide Millions of votes have been switched or not counted in elections since 1990.
2) The Republicans see Voter Disenfranchisement as a game of chess - without any rules - where the ends justify the means. For Republican operativess it is two steps forward, one-step back, one-step sideways, skip a step, etc.
3) What Republicans are doing to disenfranchose voters is ilegal, immorral and un-American.
Unswered Questions about Shelby Co TN Officials:
Shelby county election officials: corrupt? incompetent? over their heads? keep multiple vote records? alter votes? alter vote records? alter the list of eligible voters? committed crimes? committed un-American actions? acted immorally? who knows - i don't - but i have educated suspicions backed up by facts, knowledge, data, and evidence that all point to actual or potential voter disenfranchisement and vote switching.

In May 2007, Shelby County executed a work order to alter the way Shelby County's voting system works
Unbeknownst to Shelby County's 600,000 voters, one man, who doesn't even work in the elections division, has almost unprecedented access over what is now an uncertified voting system.
The alteration to Shelby County's system inserts an entirely different program called ESM, originally written by Accenture and later customized to act as a go-between amidst GEMS and the voting machines.
