Billionaire conservative casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, who helped keep Newt Gingrich’s failed presidential campaign alive during the Republican primaries, is giving $10 million to the super PAC supporting the presumptive GOP nominee, Mitt Romney, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

But wait, there's more!
Mr. Adelson has told friends that he intends to give at least $100 million to conservative causes and candidates this election cycle. He contributed some $250,000 to Republican Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin, who just won against a labor union-forced recall election there.
Mr. Adelson describes himself as "the world's richest Jew". He's in for $100M; the Koch brothers have organized carbon fuel donors to give $200M just to defeat Obama; and Karl Rove, bless his tiny little heart, expects to get $300M through American Crossroads. And the US Chamber of Commerce is going to spend tens or hundreds of millions, too.
Get ready for a very sleazy campaign. How do you fight this sort of money? And a Romney win guarantees the SCOTUS won't overturn Citizens United for a generation or more.
Never give up. Never, ever, ever, give up. We all have work to do. If you can't support Obama, support someone else who you think will fight against these monsters. Grab a mop, or a sign, or a keyboard; but there is no excuse for inaction.
