More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

You can add a private note to this diary when hotlisting it:

Can't share with us. Please put up transcript of pertinent details or link to one of Matt's other pieces about this.
As this 'scandal' may be the most important economical event to hit the global economy in decades. At least in UK their 'DOJ' is going after the perpetrators.  A few will 'get immunity for being states evidence' but some will be slammed!

We are the 99% ... we will be heard. We are WOMEN... we Will be Heard.

telling him to keep it simple, if he wants your everyday no money and don't know htf it works people (like myself) to grasp the situation.
I only had time to watch maybe a third but he did well.

Here is the truth: The Earth is round; Saddam Hussein did not attack us on 9/11; Elvis is dead; Obama was born in the United States; and the climate crisis is real. It is time to act. - Al Gore

Unlike our politicians, he seems to be on the job for the good of the people. It's what the people do with his enlightening information that baffles me - as a rule, it's nothing much.
Thank you, DSW for another fine post.

If people cannot understand how they just got raped by these Banksters, then it will continue and get worse--if that is possible.

Between Rmoney's slow-witted response to the president's mini-Dream immigration reforms, Rmoney's pretzel-like response to the ACA being upheld, and Rmoney's ham-handed response to the president's blasting him on Bain Capital, when oh when is the so-called "liberal" media going to put out the meme that Rmoney's had a horible month?  I mean, it's ok "liberal" media. You now have permission from Rupert Murdoch, Jack Welch, & the Wall Street Journal who have all acknowledged that Rmoney had a lousy month.

Gee, if only the media were as even handed about assessing the president as they were with Rmomey.  I've heard more about Rmoney's $100 mil fundraising last month than I've heard about the fact that he's going to London to raise money - from foreigners. And that the head fundraiser is in trouble for manipulating interest rates, no less.  (Sigh). If only we had recently had a financial crash. Then, I'm sure they'd pay attention and (what's the phrase?) connect the dots...

..and went to "hear" the Democratic candidate for a "Seat in the House" and the guy was one of those with his heart in the right place and just ripe for the Beltway Grinder.

A wife, kids, new-found class and respect.. A doctorate, medical even.. Melanin enhanced with just enough Indian doctoral royal accent

    Big house, accolades..

My heart's not into unseating Dan Lungren. He'll time-out. Because he's old. And won so much that it got boring. His offshore funds are secure. Any offspring wins.

Dr. Ami Bera will win past the 50-50 crazy polling from Rasmussen bigtime.

    He's a good guy. He'll win.

He'll find Congress less fulfilling than zit-removal with an overprotective mother running wrong-sex stallion hermaphrodite mare over his scalpel.

    It doesn't matter.

    Here. Here it is: Occupy.

It's just the best word they could come up with on a moment's notice, But Higg's Bosun aside- everything's a moment.

One in 435 overridden by the sold-out 50 and ass-kissed by the partisan 9?

Too much math for the masses.

The masses are revolting dear, don't you think?

Yes dear, they are. "do you like the whine?"

    Guillotine.

    Tellin' ya'. Union Yes.

Good video of the three discussing the Libor scandal on Spitzer's CurrentTV show.  Current uses some sort of proprietary embedding so the best I can do is provide a
    Link

    Here's another take

Traders interviewed by Bloomberg in March at three firms said they were given no guidance on how Libor should be set and there were no so-called Chinese walls preventing contact between the treasury staff charged with submitting the rate and traders who stood to profit on where Libor was set each day. They regularly discussed where Libor would be set with their colleagues and their counterparts at other firms, they said.
“Sadly the response looks to be very consistent with the response of policy makers to the banking disasters we’ve seen over the last four years — cosmetic changes, but nothing substantial happens,” said Richard Werner, a finance professor at the University of Southampton. “It’s insufficient and doesn’t really go to the heart of the problem.”

As Kelleher says in the video:  ""Wall Street is a high crime area.  We need to send the cops in."
