Well, this week in my travels about the NYC/Southern Connecticut area, I saw five Obama 2012 bumper stickers, one Obama 2008 bumper sticker, and one Bush(!) bumper sticker.

That's umpteen Obama bumper stickers for me in nine weeks, and exactly ONE Rmoney bumper sticker in that entire period.

As usual, please respond with updates and where you're reporting from.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

and I haven't seen one Fraudney bumper sticker.  Not one.  That doesn't mean there's no passion on their side, it's just pure hate for the President.

I noticed a lot of President Obama, but then I am looking for them, but I am also looking for anybody with a Mitt Romney bumper sticker.  Still haven't seen one in New Mexico!

I also visited East Tennessee this weekend.  I didn't see any bumper stickers for anybody.  I saw a lot of yard signs for congressional Republicans.  I am really missing Governor Dean's 50 State Strategy!

I've seen many Obama 2012 bumper stickers, and I've certainly seen some idiot teabaggers with Obummer (and worse) bumper stickers.

But I've only seen three Rmoney bumper stickers. All in the Marina del Rey area. All on cars driven by oblivious, privileged white folk.

For the record: I've seen MANY more Ron Paul 2012 stickers than Rmoney. What does that say about where the passions lay on the Fascist side...?

  •  Nort'side, North Shore? Bupkis! (0+ / 0-)

Dozens of Obama magnets and bumper stickers around Chicago's North Side and in Evanston, but no Rmoney signs/stickers, even on the North Shore (IL-10) which largely remains Republican territory.

  •  Count for this week...Tea Party (two) (0+ / 0-)

and two anti-Obama, on four vehicles. Not sure if that means anything, but I removed my Obama sticker after my vehicle was keyed just under the sticker (it was on the rear glass). That might account for the lack of Obama-support stickers.

The lack of Rmoney stickers? Apathy, maybe. But that is good, right?

Possibly 1 Romney sticker on a giant Mercedes SUV with out of state plates, but I couldn't get a good look at it.

Total amount of Rmoney stickers/signs here in the Phoenix area is holding steady at zero. I make sure to look as I drive around, and I have a camera always ready to take a snap when i see one. Haven't seen any Obama's other than mine either, but that's not important - the lack of Rmoney love is.

My theory why no Rmoney stickers; putting a bumper sticker on a Bentley hurts it's value.

I was shocked to actually see two romney bumper stickers in one day in Alexandria, just outside of DC.  Of course I've seen so many Obama and Obama12 bumper stickers I couldn't even begin to count them.

Those two are the only ones I've seen here in a month. And like I said, kajillions of Obama stickers here in Northern Virginia.

Still no Romney stickers -- but many for Obama, both '08 and '12. And I did see one "Obama's Last Day" sticker in the local Whole Foods lot.

  •  South Carolina (0+ / 0-)

I got a Romney bumper sticker in the mail last week.   I'm now wondering what I should do with it!

I already have an Obama sticker on my car.  I could just put Romney next to it but upside down?

  •  One Romney sticker in Northern MD... (0+ / 0-)

... on a car that passed me, speeding.  (They have highly efficient speed-tracking cameras in that part of Maryland, as I learned to my expense.  I hope that sucker got a ticket, as I had previously.)  Kajillions of Obama stickers and older (Kerry!) here in the District.

There's a McMansion in northern Maryland--not far from the Pennsylvania state line--that I pass on one trip per month.  It had a large NO FREE PAPERS slogan stenciled onto its mailbox.

Now they have three Romney yard signs.

I have seen two or three Romney stickers, several Paul ads and a few Gadsden / TP stickers, including one that said:

But I have seen hundreds of Obama 2012 stickers around, by far the majority.
