I've been watching the Olympics opening ceremony on NBC, and noticed that the third episode in the story being told could be an indirect dig at poor old Mittens. The section dealt with two themes that England is proud of, children's literature and the National Health Service. Doctors and nurses were dancing, then putting children to bed. The children then started reading beneath their covers, and got haunted by different villains from English children's literature, the Red Queen, Captain Hook, Lord Voldemort and Crualla DeVille. They were rescued by an army of Mary Poppins.
What insulted poor old Mittens was a celebration of an English children's hospital, to which Peter Barrie donated his royalties and rights to Peter Pan, and the National health Service. he doctors and nurses dancing were REAL doctors and nurses from the hospital and the NHS. England is so proud of its health care system that it got celebrated in the freaking Olympics.
If only Mitt were as proud of RomneyCare - but then the rest of his party would disown him.
