CNN is reporting that Romney is violating Federal Laws that govern the illegality of Super PACs coordinating with a Campaign.  According to CNN, today Karl Rove and Romney's Adviser, Ed Gillespie, are illegally coordinating campaign strategy at a Policy Briefing in Colorado.

August 2, 2012 (Thursday): Aspen, Colorado (CNN) –
Despite laws barring coordination between federal campaigns and outside groups, Karl Rove and [Paid Romney Adviser] Ed Gillespie are hosting a joint closed-door political briefing with leading Republican donors Thursday.
According to Republicans familiar with the schedule, the two operatives are headlining a lunchtime political briefing for top donors at the Republican Governors Association meeting in Aspen, a posh, closed-press affair where GOP governors mingle with some of their biggest financial backers.
Let's not forget, the head of Romney's Campaign in Arizona is Secretary of State, Ken Bennett, fought desperately to bar President Obama from being on the Arizona Ballot in November.

Let's also not forget that Karl Rove is an un-indicted criminal.

Oh, but get this, Romney admits he knows he is breaking Federal Laws by coordinating with Karl Rove.

December 2011:

ROMNEY: "Super PACs have to be entirely separate from a campaign and a candidate. I'm not allowed to communicate with a super PAC in any way, shape or form. If we coordinate in any way whatsoever, we go to the big house."
Mitt Romney will break laws, lie and cheat to become President -- the only things Romney won't do to become President is: release 10 years of taxes, release details on his Tax Policy, release details on his Foreign Policy, Release names of his Bundlers, Release names on his secret Energy Commission, release details on his Health Plan ideas

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
