For all those who play piano and/or those who like piano music, including kos, let's talk.
I feel this piece is so relaxing and stress relieving. This nocturne is recommended for those who are novices to learning Chopin. This piece should be mastered before playing the other nocturnes such as C sharp minor and Eb major.
I think this makes sense. This is a great piece to introduce almost all key aspects of chopin that build up for other pieces. The difficulty is not as hard as those of his other pieces. Furthermore, the left hand is not too demanding. It tends to stay local.
Do you agree? What other reasons do you feel it is best to learn the Bb minor nocturne as your very first chopin piece. What does it have that the Eb flat nocturne and C# minor one nocturne don't have?
I am curious to hear your thoughts. Let's have a great discussion about piano works.
I LOVE having piano discussions.
