The MSM has been trying to whip up the horse race factor by continually calling Pennsylvania a swing state and battleground state.
Well, the polling sure doesn't match their narrative.
Just this week, a Quinnipac poll and a Muhlenberg College poll showed President Obama leading by 9 to 11 points:
A Quinnipiac University/New York Times/CBS News survey released this week had the president ahead in Pennsylvania with 53 percent support to Romney’s 42.
A Morning Call/Muhlenberg College poll released Thursday had Obama leading with 49 percent to 40 percent for Romney.

And now the Philadelphia Inquirer follows up with a poll that shows Obama ahead 47 to 39 with likely voters, and ahead 51 to 42 when "leaners" are included.

One interesting thing in the internals of the poll is that Obama does best amongst voters aged 45 to 64(55 to 39 lead) and even has a 4 point(49-45) lead amongst voters aged 65+.
As is the case across most of the nation, Obama's lead in Pennsylvania is due to his tremendous popularity with women voters.
So much for Pennsylvania being a "swing state"... even the Republicans' dirty voter suppression tactics can't flip this kind of lead as long as we get out the vote.
