Even though Team Romney has more money than a fleet's worth of drunken sailors, they still can't justify spending it in two key states: Pennsylvania and Michigan.
The Romney campaign and conservative groups like Crossroads GPS have pulled TV ads in Michigan, Romney’s home state, according to the Detroit News.
Nor are the campaign and super PACs running advertising in Pennsylvania, after unleashing a barrage there over the past five months.

They are raising $100M a month donated directly to Romney's campaign, plus Satan alone knows how much for Karl Rove's groups, and yet they can't justify spending money in two large states.
The PollTracker Averages show President Obama ahead 48.9 percent to 45.4 percent in Michigan, and in Pennsylvania, where he leads 49.9 percent to 41.4 percent.
You would think that a 3.4% lead in Michigan would be close enough to contest. Evidently not. Does this not imply that either Team Romney has polls which indicate that Michigan is not that close, or that they feel the momentum is against them?
Or maybe they are spending money so fast in other states that even $100M a month can't keep them afloat.
This, friends, is what winning looks like. The battlefield is shifting into states Romney must have and away from states he hoped to have. When we get Team Romney pulling ads from Ohio to try to hold on in Missouri and Florida, that's when you start picking out your clothes for the landslide party.
