On August 30th 2012, Mitt Romney, became the first Republican Presidential Nominee, since the 1950s, not to mention the wars or the service of those who given their lives and limbs to fight for our country. The wars the Republican Party’s two war thirsty sweethearts and their war mongering conspirators got us into. One, to go after Osama bin Laden, so we were told, only to be abandoned. The other war, which we were lied to about, against Sadam Hussein, the so call “co-conspirator” with bin Laden as Dick Cheney told us he knew. Two wars lasting longer than any war the US has ever been in.
So Mitt Romney’s Republican predecessor got us into two wars costing the US taxpayers $1,385,850,000,000.00 and growing. But let’s not forget these wars were never in the Budget. So we borrowed to finance these crippling financial fiascos and on top of the costs we now have to pay “Interest”.
But in all this, it’s not the money that is the most important part, it is the cost of human lives and the crippling long lasting effects of the devastating wounds that is at the top of the list. And in one 37 minute speech that was addressed to this nation Mitt Romney slapped the face of over 3,000,000 military personnel by not once mentioning the service, dedication, strength, pride and love of country.
Follow the orange line of where Romney stands on issues, to continue.
Romney’s callousness towards human dignity and lives in business has now translated into his disregard to the dedicated voluntary service of the 3,000,000 in the military. He doesn’t care about the human toll. Even when it came to hunting down and killing bin Laden, he said, “it’s not worth moving heaven and earth spending billions of dollars just trying to catch one person”. So to Romney war is just dollars and cents. I’m thrilled Obama has killed bin Laden and most of the Al Quada leadership. It’s more than Bush did and obviously more than Romney would do.
I truly believe that any intelligent military person would remember that there were 4,486 killed in Iraq and 2,114 killed in Afghanistan and over 49,746 wounded casualties that have to heal and carry on some sort of life, and Mitt Romney could give a rat’s ass on their service. I can’t fathom these military heroes wanting Romney as their “Commander-In-Chief”.
Opps, almost forgot!!! Romney’s stooge Paul Ryan also snubbed the military by never mentioning them or their dedicated service in his acceptance speech at the RNC. Obviously he cares more about destroying an egg in a women’s body than the lives of the men and women who fight for freedom and the true American way of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Romney/Ryan
It’s more about Building Weapons
Less about Human Life
