...and unlike Mitt Romney, I mean exactly what I said: on October 1, the NYC area Kossacks are cordially invited to convene on a deck! Drink, food and high-quality conversation, including much lollery, will be available to all comers! Join me below the orange throw pillow for all the details:

Following up on our recent downtown hijinks, we will bring that special Kossack magic to a new venue, where we will be able to hear each others' sparkling witticisms! Featuring a menu with some "mighty fine" surprises (oysters, anyone?) and an awesome beer list, this location is convenient to all public transportation, and contains a separate patio, where the beautiful early fall weather will be waiting for us.

How to get there
By subway: B, D or E to 7th Avenue Station (53rd St); N, Q, or R to 57th St. Station (7th Avenue), use southwest exit; F to 57th St Station (6th Ave), use southwest exit; 1 to 50th St Station (Broadway). From Penn Station or Port Authority, use the E train; from Grand Central, use the shuttle or the 7 to Times Square Station N,Q or R.
By bus: M20, M104 or M7 uptown/downtown, M50, M57 or M31 crosstown.

So c'mon down, (or up?), it's going to be a blast. And who knows, there may be special election swag waiting for you, or even...biscotti?
