More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

You can add a private note to this diary when hotlisting it:
Are you sure you want to remove this diary from your hotlist?

about a blackberry cobbler? Made with delicious Sherman Island  blackberries of course!

if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

    of California.

You Central Valley folks are cute/funny.  When I saw CV Kossacks, my first thought was Curriculum Vitae?  This must be a special interest group for unemployed academics, I'd better check it out.

As, it all the world knows CV means Central Valley.

Do you all have one of those funny maps like that one called the Manhattan Map of the World, where on the edge there is the Hudson River, the rest of the city, the state, and then a little speck on the edge labeled California, just before Japan?

And, then at the bottom, a little speck called Los Angeles, Mexico, and then the South Pole?

So, you must have one where just beyond Sacramento, we see the Rockies, a little strip labeled farms and plains, then in a little strip on the edige,  NY city, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Europe.

And, I guess you probably thought Howard Dean's 50 state strategy was 1) the state of optimism, 2) the state of exhileration, 3) the state of inebriation, 4) etc. etc.

The means is the ends in the process of becoming. - Mahatma Gandhi
