Horrible right?:
They interviewed 430 adult Americans and asked: Regardless of which candidate you happen to support, who do you think did the best job in the debate -- Barack Obama or Mitt Romney?
Obama 25%
Romney 67%
Neither (vol.) 3%
Both (vol.) 5%
Ouch, right? Well, not great but...
On Page 4:
4. Do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of Barack Obama?

First thing...this batch of voters looooves them some Romney to begin with. These pre/post numbers are way, way more generous for Romney than the electorate as a whole. He's slaying Obama on favorability! This despite a partisan breakdown that supposedly slightly favors Democrats (page 1). But even after this decisive debate "win" the key numbers barely changed in the slightest.
Oh yeah, and on page 21 (scroll down)...note this doozy: According to the demographic breakdowns, unless there's a massive typo or data fail, EVERYONE polled was a 50-plus white person from the South!
What the hell is this crap you're trying to push on us, CNN?
I ask this sincerely. Please answer.
