So today's numbers are, among Likely Voters, Romney 52 and Obama 45.
Awful right? Well, apparently some of those Romney voters approve of Obama, since his job approval ticked up to 50/44%.
And Registered Voters actually tightened to 48-47 in Romney's favor, which is a point less than his lead yesterday.
Gallup is giving me whiplash and I am honestly getting to the point where I feel they should be disregarded. They had awful polling in 2008 and 2010 and this is going to be the "third strike" for me. Maybe they had many failures before, but being 23 years old, 2008 was the first election I paid super-close attention to, and Gallup has never seemed to work, even though because of their age they are almost synonymous with polling; when you think Polls, you think Gallup, at least I do.
Anyway, love to hear your thoughts.
