Nobody has posted a bucket today, so here is a late afternoon edition, complete with gratuitous snow-in-October pictures.
Today's forecast for McCall, Idaho was for possibly an inch of snow on top of the partially melted inch that fell yesterday. Well, I woke up this morning to see a steady snowfall that carried on for hours. My Absolutely Official Total is 6 inches, measured on an undisturbed picnic table. With that much snow, I elected to wait an extra day before attempting the long drive to Spokane. Meanwhile, here are some pictures.
