Florida & Ohio, GOTV is the best revenge & Shame Rick Scott & John Husted.

It makes me boil to see these 2 idiots causing so much misery and hardship to exercise our basic right. They both hate Obama so much that they are willing to do any length to deliver the states to Romney.

Hope today's Ohio vote is so big that wingnuts can't match our early vote margins on election day.

I haven't seen any diaries on Ohio's early voting & souls to polls. I am dying to see some updates from the ground on today's early voting.

BTW - Is there any recall option for these 2 idiots in these 2 states?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

multiple views of a huge backlog at Columbus, a little farther down is a 4 minute video of the same line.

Earlier (next page of recent diaries) is a photo of a huge lineup in Cleveland.

They got terrific turnouts but the waits were very long.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't your last highly vilified diary about your concern about the use of the word "revenge"?

May be you should give some benefit of doubt to your fellow Kosacks.

I am still worried about this election as these wingnuts know how to run race baiting campaigns and steal elections.

  •  Need national voting policies! (0+ / 0-)

Let's take care of business, then something really needs to be done about this crap. Voting is essential to our democracy. Having partisan hacks in control of the vote clearly isn't working.

  •  Florida, alas (0+ / 0-)

Has no recall procedure for the office of Governor. So we are stuck with Lex Luthor until the end of his term.

for JON (no H) Husted. However, defeating his sorry ass when he runs for governor is, and that will be one of my main goals when this election is over.

  •  What do the DKos elections specialists say about (0+ / 0-)

possible Voting Rights violations when lines like this appear and are not rectified, if the record also shows that the parties controlling the situation have participated in conversations in which their decisions as to what to do about voters are connected to conversations about precisely which voters, usually AAs but often Dems, will be affected if they make choice X rather than choice Y. It's one thing for a state like NJ to come up with a scrambled decision when a storm has knocked out their voting mechanisms in a politically neutral manner, everything in range of Sandy, and another entirely when the choice was apparently made with the intention of thereby limiting the participation of specific groups, and maintained when the exclusionary effect such as multi hour lines, are disclosed. And of course Husted's changing the rule on provisional ballots without advance warning in a manner which does not allow correction, only the filling of the waste basket.

  •  if there are still lines (0+ / 0-)

in Ohio and FL in Dem districts and they close the polls early while there are still long lines,  I say it is time we start rioting in the streets and it is exactly the kind of dissent our Founding Fathers encouranged. We all know no 'legal action' is going to result in anything.
