SPECIAL NOTES:
1. Charlie Cook and CNN appear to have taken the last 3 weeks off.
2. The only movement since October 21 has been a gradual movement of FLORIDA and NORTH CAROLINA from ROMNEY to a TIED status. Every other state has trended to OBAMA.
3. Obama's Electoral Vote TRENDLINE has been consistently upwards since October 21. ROMNEY's was consistently downwards until today, when final calls by several groups and individuals gave him a slight final bump as they called leaning states in his favor. The overall trend, however, has been solidly OBAMA for the past 2 weeks.
4. The two most accurate predictors from 2008 - Nate Silver and Sam Wang - give Obama 86% and 99% odds respectively.
5. The FINAL UPDATE and SUMMARY will be posted this evening!
