I expect about a third of stuff I buy used to have concealed defects. I price accordingly.
There are times, though, that I suspect that the seller knew that there were defects. This box of trash may qualify for negative feedback.
Pentax, P30t, with bag, book, Cokin lens and creative filter system, 6 defusers, 3 hoya lenses, SMC Pentax 1:2 50mm lens and Sears 1:28 F=135mm lens. I know nothing of cameras, so sold as.
This could have been anything as it was so poorly described. The camera has a defective shutter, The Pentax lens, M by the way, is fungal. The Sears lens is also fungal. The Cokin stuff is worth three dollars and is the difference between returning and not returning. The odd thing is that the P3t normally uses A lenses which communicate aperture information to a program capable body and neither lens is.
My inclination is to deliver a sharply worded note privately and hope for the best.
I feel better now.
Update: In spite of the vote for negative feedback this rant allowed me enough calm clarity to ask for a refund. Granted. No feedback left.
Pro tip. Refund or feedback. One or the other.
