So this morning I am on the addictive Facebook, (which really insn't a book at all, and probably has done a lot to help destroy the book industry), and I come across one of those stupid posters with a lot of stupid comments on them, and I just have to throw in my two cents worth.  Below the orange wrought iron sign of eternal damnation.

I saw this poster:

This was my comment:

Republican. You have two cows because your grandfather stole land from the Indians and killed all their buffalo, and used super cheap or free gov. rangeland to pasture them. Then you hire people at "agricultural wages" (1/2 minimum wage) to work the cattle. Then you work with gov. subsidized extension agents and ag colleges to improve your stock. Then you transport your cattle on Govenment built roads to stockyards that are owned by you or your fellow republicans. You finance repubic party politicians to vote down safety and health regulations because you don't give a crap if your workers or customers get sick, and you privatize your profits and pay only 60% of the tax working people pay by turning your money into capitol gains instead of wages. Then you make the cow manure pollution a public obligation to clean up. Then when people get pissed at you for polluting, making them sick, and paying starvation wages and then fine you for it, you outsource the whole operation to a less democratic country with a higher corruption level, leaving all those ungrateful bastard former workers of yours out in the cold. Then you get this mystifed, indignant look on your face when people start calling you an as*hole, so you hire some libertarian shill to prostitute himself with tinfoil hat economic theory on fox news to try and dupe the country into feeling sorry for you. Then you start calling them takers not makers, and don't understand how a lowly hotel worker with a video camera could tank a 1.6 billion dollar presidential campaign, Mr. 1%. Then you wonder why the consutant political whore you hired gets upset on election night on fox news when his plan to fix the election can't work because he thinks Anonymous might be onto his game, and your handpicked candidate of a hedge fund king loses and 53% of this county throws you a brick as you fall off the fiscal cliff and yells F*%k you AS#hole as you fall into the ninth circle of Dante's hell. That, sir, is a Republican. Oh yea, and all the fundamentalist christian tea party republicans hate you too.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
