Tonight's Guests (and little known facts about them):
Chris O'Dowd (born 9 October 1979) is an Irish actor and comedian and Gaelic footballer, best known for his role as Roy in the Channel 4 comedy The IT Crowd. He has appeared in several Hollywood films, including Gulliver's Travels and Bridesmaids, the latter of which, according to IFTN, "has thrown him into the position as one of Hollywood's leading men almost overnight with the film making over $288 million worldwide".
He studied politics and sociology at University College, Dublin, and subsequently attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. O'Dowd did not obtain a degree from UCD, telling the UCD student newspaper the College Tribune: "I didn't finish my degree. The politics part of it was fine, but I was doing sociology as well and I could never bring myself to find an interest in it.
Beth Behrs (born December 26, 1985) is an American actress. She stars in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls and her first film role was in American Pie Presents: The Book of Love.
At the age of fifteen, Behrs relocated with her family to Marin County, California, in San Francisco's Bay Area. She began attending Tamalpais High School in 2001 and was accepted into the school's highly regarded drama program. Behrs studied at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and went on to perform in the musical Dangling Conversations: The Music of Simon and Garfunkel and the plays Korczak’s Children and Tony Kushner's A Bright Room Called Day. She was classically trained as a singer.
