Gosh, it's not even Spring yet and Zany Republicans are frisking and frollicking all over the intertubes displaying their version of openess, concern for the well-being of others, and tolerance.
In about 10 minutes this morning I was treated to the following stories:
###
From Rawstory: Republican Openess
Georgia state senator runs and hides from questions regarding "mind control" broadcasting executive
Now, how are you NOT going to click on that? Great fun when a Georgia reporter seeks to question a state senator about insulting emails he is sending constituents who are protesting the appointment of a former collegue who was investigating Obama's involvement with a "UN mind control plot"to a highly paid position at the public broadcasting channel. Instead of explaining his own email, Georgia State Senator Bill Heath ducks into an office and hides behind a printer until the mean reporter goes away. Hahahahahaha!

From Huffington: Republican Concern For Others (with an unintentional dollop of Self-Awareness)
Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity Excoriate Dems For Not Spending Money Republicans Won't Let Them Have To Treat Mentall Illness
Long video primarily about gun control, Ann comes on at about the 3:40 mark. Ann posits that crazy people use guns to kill people and the problem is that Dems won't do anything about crazy people. A grumpy Sean Hannity then bemoans public perception of Republicans -
"Republicans want dirty air and water, and they want kids with autism and Down syndrome to fend for themselves," Hannity remarked sarcastically.
Sean, Republicans DO want dirty air and water and kids with autism and Downs syndrome to fend for themselves. That's what happens with no regulations and when you defund or do not expand programs like Medicaid and when there is no accessible and affordable healthcare coverage for families. If we removed the word "sarcastically" and replaced it with "headuphisasstically" it would be more accurate.

Here we find Rick Santorum celebrating Inside Out and Upside Down Day as he exhorts the Boy Scouts to fight the intolerant liberal mind. But Rick, . . . . . oh, never mind
