If this isn't a sign that Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz (D. PA-13) is going to run for governor against the vulnerable incumbent, Tom Corbett (R), than I don't know what is:

If you were looking to pick up a new domain, you’re too late for SchwartzforGovernor.com. The Congresswoman’s staff beat you to it.
According to a domain lookup via WHOis, Rep. Allyson Schwartz’s Political Director Neil Deegan registered the website on Feb. 9, just a day after her staff began a full court press around the idea that she would challenge Tom Corbett in 2014.
This is on top of her current AllysonSchwartz.com domain. She’s used that for her congressional campaigns, although the site heading makes no mention of a particular office. - Politics PA, 2/18/13
And if that doesn't convince you, then check out Thomas Fitzgerald's piece in the Philadelphia Inquirer:

U.S. Rep. Allyson Schwartz is all but certain to run for governor next year, buoyed by a $3.1 million campaign fund and a recent poll that showed her leading Gov. Corbett in a test matchup, according to several people familiar with the Montgomery County Democrat's thinking.
The five-term House member from Jenkintown has been positioning herself for a gubernatorial run for a couple of months.
As evidence of her increasing prominence, the Pennsylvania GOP, in its statement last week responding to President Obama's State of the Union speech, asked: "When will Allyson Schwartz present a serious plan to control spending?"
"She's making all the phone calls, taking all the meetings you would do to run for governor, but I don't think she's made her final decision," said Montgomery County Democratic Chairman Marcel Groen. He has estimated the chance of Schwartz's running at better than 80 percent.
A poll for the Democratic Governors Association last month found that Schwartz would start ahead of Corbett by 8 percentage points - 50 percent to 42 percent - with 9 percent of likely voters undecided. After pollsters read positive statements about each, Schwartz's lead increased to 21 percentage points. - Philadelphia Inquirer, 2/18/13
You read why I think Schwartz would make a strong candidate here:

Corbett was Attorney General during the biggest scandal in Pennsylvania history and the way Corbett's office handled the Penn State/Jerry Sandusky case makes a compelling argument that Corbett intentionally slow walked the process and didn't hold Sandusky for political purposes. His opponent for the 2010 Governor's race, Dan Onarato (D), was a Penn State Alum and Corbett needed the Penn State Alumni Association's endorsement in order to win. By the way, Schwartz isn't the only potential candidate from Montgomery Country that Corbett has to worry about:

Of course, nothing is set in stone just yet, but with phrases like "80 percent sure" and "pragmatism and practicality" being floated around, it is possible that Montgomery County may be home to a hot race in the 2014 Pennsylvania governor's race.
Montgomery County Commissioner Bruce Castor has not put a percentage on his desire to enter the race, but has said he is keeping a close eye on the current governor, Tom Corbett's actions in the second half of his term.
"I'm not going to run just to make a splash. I want Pennsylvania to go down the right path," Castor said in an interview with Pennsylvania Cable Network, covered by Patch in January. "I want Pennsylvania to be a conservative state, but with pragmatism and practicality. I don't see those things happening, but I'm watching."
At that time, he'd said he'd gone from "sticking his toes" in the waters of the 2014 race for Pennsylvania governor to calling it "more up to the ankles."
On the democrat's bill, Rep. Allyson Schwartz was cited by Montgomery County Democratic Chairman Marcel Groen as being about "80 percent of the way" to launching a bid, according to CapitolWire. - Limerick-Royersford-Spring City Patch, 2/16/13
Stay tuned.
