In 2008 I was laid off from my casino bartending job in Las Vegas. Less than two years later in 2010 my unemployment checks had finally run out. Just 5 days before I was evicted from my apartment in January of 2011, a friend took me in.

By that time I was flat broke and had already been 3 months behind in my car payments, so I was forced to abandon my car --- or otherwise, it would have most likely been reported stolen by the bank when they finally got around to sending the repo guys to repossess it.

So essentially, besides just food stamps, I've been surviving on a ZERO income for more than two years now.

During that whole time, with no money and no car, I've had very little to do --- besides just watching a lot of TV and blogging. Occasionally I'll make a video and upload it to YouTube. I'm constantly raking my mind to keep myself busy, thinking of things to do, so I won't go stir crazy in my little room.

Recently I just saw a Daily Kos diary titled "Binders? Does Mitt Own a Strip Club?" Well, most likely not, but once an ex-porn star did endorse Mitt Romney at a strip club. It reminded me of a video I made last year that I'd like to share with you...about Mitt Romney at a strip bar.

I'm sure you've heard stories about the behind-the-scenes shenanigans that goes on at the political conventions. Last year I imagined myself with a camcorder catching Mitt Romney in the act at a gentleman's club during the RNC. So I created a video (What can I say? I don't have a life anymore.)

It was quite an undertaking, as I wanted to use "green screening" (Chroma key). First I had to find free software (trial), then I had to find all the stills that I wanted to create, then animate, then convert to video. Then I had to find all the video clips, sound bites and sound effects. Then after I had edited everything and stitched it all together, I added a music sound track. I've never tried "green screening" before so it took me quite a while to create my little "masterpiece".

The video is only 4 minutes long, but it took me about a month to produce (working day and night).

I rated it PG-13, but not to worry, there's no nudity...and remember, it's only political satire, and was not meant to be offensive to the women's movement in any way (just offensive to Republicans in general).

So without any further ado, allow me to present to you "Mitt Romney at a Stripper Bar"

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
