DOMA is ruled unconstitutional. Yay!
"Our country has changed" John Roberts is not surprisingly one of the dissenters.
"Our country has changed", but selectively for Mr. Roberts. For gay men and women he thinks it hasn't changed. For those Americans in the Deep South, who are still doing everything they can to suppress minority voting, it's most definitely changed.

It's a 5-4 ruling. Roberts and Scalia and dissent. Kennedy has written the ruling. The focus is equal protection.
