I quit the Democratic Party today. Nothing particularly worse in the news, that is, than any other Monday lately...just kinda the straws that broke the Camel's back.  Because now, it's not about what is in the news.  It's about what isn't in the news, and what we are discovering about each other during this communication revolution.

I'm just fed up with the establishment and business as normal at: the DDC, the RNC, the DOJ, the CIA, the Oil Monopoly, the Wall Street Gamblers and especially the FAUX NEWS NEWROOK that all the baby boomers believe is gospel!  It's like Tammy and Jimmy Baker with $200 million to lose. My own parents too! All 4 of them! So why doesn't the Federal Government inform the electorate that FOX = opinion?

I actually read some comments on the George Zimmerman trial today.  What a cross section of diversity in that townhouse community.  Up to their ears in debt and   It was on a local stations live chat.  And I ask myself, who wins?  Who is drumming up the fear here?

So if your still reading you might wonder why an old uid has cracked...or not...but this is a rant.  If your still interested, I'll tell you the story of an educator and public worker in Florida.  It's not pretty.  7 years without a raise, even cost of living.  Then right when I need to buy a home...crash.

I've only owned my Orlando home for 2.5 years and I'm $27,000 dollars underwater AND have made every payment.  Tried loan modification, then they shuffled the mortgage company 3 times and suddenly--I'm with USBank from South Dakota who did not participate in the bailout and only agreed to an interest rate reduction--no principle reduction--so now

Well, for starters, I am really fed up with the dozens of $5 emails from Nancy, Barack, Michelle, and Ben Nelson.  I don't have $5 to spare anymore. And Besides...WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATELY?!  Maybe its me, information overload, or because I'm in dept up to my ears! Oh, and I have donated time to Obama's campaigns, and what few dollars I could spare back.

O.P.O.L has been right all along.  We need to get on the streets and get rid of the 1%!  Let them go to a nice island with their money...though I wouldn't wish them on any human being. I'm getting the feeling they want me out of Florida, the 1% is leaning hard on the middle class and public employees, who have hanging on down here with their illegal Governator.'m looking for a leader to take the party on to the streets.

I'm looking for leaders who will take the party out to the streets, I guess. And that's not working anymore. What about you?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
