Extremist Republicans in the House are circulating a letter pressuring Speaker John Boehner to reject the Senate's comprehensive immigration reform bill and indeed any single comprehensive bill. Democratic Rep. Mark Takano, a 2012 Daily Kos Orange to Blue candidate and former high school teacher, had some issues with letter's logic and argument. So he did what teachers do: He offered constructive criticism—in a lot of red ink—and he graded it. F. What Takano is not doing with the letter is signing it, obviously.
It's nice to see representatives we helped elect fighting for good policy in fun, creative ways, isn't it?
