I propose a crowdfunding project: a $5000 cash fellowship for a University of Chicago student. The student must agree to 14 hours per week of protest, with appropriate signage in or around the Paulson Institute. The student must also maintain a weekly blog of commentary. The fellowship is only open to University of Chicago students so that no trespassing laws are violated. If I get 5 up votes I will set up a Kickstarter page and update.
The proximate cause of TARP is Treasury Secretary/Goldman Sachs CEO Hank Paulson. He is widely considered the chief architect of the bailout. It took two votes to pass TARP, and it only passed because Hank Paulson got on his knees and begged Nancy Pelosi to pass TARP.
After his time in government Hank Paulson walked free, was lauded and currently enjoys a senior fellowship at the University of Chicago and founded the Paulson Institute.

Despite this massive transfer of wealth from the government to financial institutions, ensuring his friends will forever be too big to fail, Hank Paulson is treated with respect at the University of Chicago.
