One feature of weight-loss support groups seems to be the weekly check of the community. I thought we could try out something like a weekly weigh-in for our members and interested lurkers. What do you think? How are you doing this week?

I'm doing great. We went shopping this week, and I found more clothing that fits. Yesterday was kind of hard for me, though, because I didn't eat as much as I normally do for breakfast. I felt incredibly hungry all day, and though I did all my exercises, my body kept reminding me I hadn't fed it enough in the morning.
I made sure to have an apple along with my cereal this morning, though, so with any luck, I'll feel much better today.
