Yesterday news broke about
a gunman in an Atlanta elementary school. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Today, we are learning more about the scary situation, including the heroics of a
school clerk:
Antoinette Tuff said she was the one sitting in the front office when Michael Brandon Hill walked in with his assault rifle drawn.
For nearly an hour she talked to him about her life and his own all the while saving the lives of many others.
“The clips that go into the gun… he sat there right in front of me in the office and began to load them with bullets,” Tuff told Moore.
“Antoinette, this whole time, what are you thinking?” Moore asked Tuff.
“I just started praying for him. I just started talking to him and allowing him to know some of the stories and let him know what was going on with me and that it would be OK. And then let him know that he could just give himself up,” Tuff said.
Antoinette Tuff has waved off the "hero" tag, but she showed great courage and countless lives were saved. See the full interview with Antoinette below, courtesy of

Antoinette Tuff says Michael Hill told her he had stopped taking his medication. His brother confirms he has a long history of medical disorders:
The man who allegedly exchanged gunfire with officers inside an Atlanta-area elementary has a "long history of medical disorders," according to his brother, who said suspect Michael Hill was bound to "do something stupid."
"I honestly can tell you he has got a long history of medical disorders, including bipolar, and that could make you snap on a dime," Timothy Hill told ABC News. "My moms almost looked like a drugstore at one point. There was so many different medications he was on."
