I have read a great many of the pages associated with this new law, and it seems to be permeated with seemingly incomprehensible language which can be interpreted in any way a person might so choose!
I can see where it will cause some problems but I can also see that not to have any health-care law is a non-winner as well!
Economists with a clear sense of well...sense should have been consulted on the makeup of the bill, but as usual, t was left up to lawmakers, many if who can't seem to decide whether it should be regular or decaf!
For a person who is not familiar with this law, it destroys to some degree, the monopoly-like grip which has been enjoyed by insurance companies for far too long. It also opens the doors to misuse and a damaging deluge of fraud.
A nationally instituted health-care system is in place in several countries around the word, and only in cases where they are dealing with companies through an insurance "middle-man" situation do there seem to be holdups in care. Hmm...sounds familiar!
Let's get it together, we should have been beyond this nonsense a long time ago!
Thanks congress, for hamstringing our country; once again!
