I'm a bit disgusted with the coverage of the 50th anniversary of the historic march on Washington. I'm disgusted with the way our young people's voices were suppressed. Phillip Agnew, executive director of the Dream Defenders, was denied a chance to speak on Wednesday. He was denied at the last minute. After he had been invited to speak and had inconvenienced himself to stay up in Washington, DC, because he'd agreed to speak. VERY not cool.
Here's the speech Phil would have made. Please share it widely, because regardless of what the big boys think, it's our youth that are gonna change the world for the better.
