I am blessed to have friends, some are as True Blue as I am and one is as Republican as you will ever find. "Jack" (not his real name) has sent me enough anti-Obama e-mails to fill a room. Once for fun I wrote a post called  "The Witch Doctor from Kenya". In the post I admit the right wing was right and our President is in fact from Africa and is a Black Witch Doctor. You Know how tricky those types are! I showed the published post to Jack and he replied with a stern face,"well I am not sure about the witch Doctor
I spit out my drink. "I was KIDDING!" Jack was not smiling when he said "you need to watch a movie. Vimeo has it and its called." Grinding down America". I started watching for over an hour and I wondered why I was hanging out with this man. After  it was over, I must say I had no idea I am a Communist. My mother was as well and my poor sister. Poor thing she was in charge of 5 credit Unions and is a proud Feminist. She is more Liberal than I am. Wait till I tell her climate change is completely false! All of the environmental issues she fights for are a socialist plot. The ACLU and PETA are no good as well as most other groups I belong to. Anyone who calls themselves a progressive is really a communist. A member of congress was on this film Steve King from Iowa. Pictu

res of Hitler and Stalin and Obama were flashed on the screen. I have figured out why our infrastructure of our Country is broken and will not be fixed anytime soon. The Republicans have gone to the planet "bizzaro" or some form of country where Gays will be shot. Abortion illegal black folks and brown folks will work for the man but be three fifths again. Martin Luther King would turn over in his grave. My friend "Jack" isn't stupid and he has lots of friends who thinks just like he does. He smiles at me and says wait Michael. "Liberals are evil". We will get everyone out and then we will set things right. He is not kidding.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

  •  Yes, he is stupid. (0+ / 0-)

Insanity may be doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result, but retaining the status quo when it is glaringly wrong is stupid.

More and more evidence about the nature of homosexuality emerges, what's genetic about it, other species where it is observed, and as the old status quo becomes more and more wrong, who can't adapt?  The conservative and the stupid -- or did I just repeat myself?

Science accumulates more and more evidence that there is pretty much just one human race, albeit with a plethora of cultures.  Who keeps trying to move their culture to the top of the list using race based arguments?  The conservatives and the stupid.

Keynesian economics was demonstrated to work in the '30.  Economists have even gotten pretty accurate at predicting the results from a given Keynesian stimulus. Who denies it and keeps trying "supply side economics" that have never produced the predicted results?  The conservative and the stupid.

Which groups deny climate change and evolution?  The conservatives, the religious, and the stupid.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.  But when the opinion is based on feelings rather than facts, prejudices rather than knowledge, they are stupid opinions.
