Thanks to wmspringer for pointing me in the right direction.
People have made a lot of noise about healthcare.gov, with very little light to shine. Now we have at least a little bit of light.
I got a very interesting tweet today pointing to an article at:

The gist of it is this:
Even without going into the guts of healthcare.org, simple web monitoring tools were able to pick out several serious mistakes by the developers, things that should have been caught before day 1. The site is not a reflection on ACA itself. The law is the law and it is not the website, but somebody should be very embarrassed for taking all that money to develop this site.
