I trust that I am not premature in suggesting that the lawyers for the defendants in these cases review the transcripts and evidence introduced in their trials. I sure would want to know whether my side received all potentially exonerating evidence in a timely manner. Were all of the proceedings above board? In other words, was everything about my trial conducted in a fair manner? Just a thought.
