The republicans are always saying we need to stop this voter fraud thing. Of course when they are asked for examples they usually can't cite any.  Still they claim we need ID's to vote. Too bad if you are old and don't drive anymore, or are a woman who got married and changed her name.
So I found an example of voter fraud for them. Maybe they can use that as an example the next time they scream voter fraud at the top of their lungs.  See the juicy details below.

So a Wisconsin Republican LEGISLATIVE AIDE  has been charged with voter fraud in Wisconsin. OH the horrors of voter fraud. Marcie R. Malszycki, 33, an aide to state Rep. Warren Petryk was charged Monday January 29, 2014 with election fraud. She faces three years in prison for voting in the wrong district. The funny thing is facebook outed her.

Another story with the actual Facebook post.

In Wisconsin the Republicans have taken over and want us all to show Government ID's when we vote. ( Which will be fun for me cause I am going to show them my Post Office Employee ID, which doesn't have my address on it - I am going to claim it is a Government issued ID)  Thankfully the photo ID thing is tied up in the courts at the moment. The bad news is our State Supreme Court is packed with the Cons.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
