(HARRISBURG, PA)—The Keystone Progress Political Action Committee (KP PAC) announced that its first endorsement is Representative Erin Molchany.  Rep. Molchany is running in the newly-redistricted 36 th Legislative District.  This is the first time KP PAC has made an endorsement at any level.

The following is the endorsement announcement from KP PAC:

The Keystone Progress Political Action Committee has intentionally made the endorsement of Rep. Molchany our first. We want to make a statement about the kind of candidate we will be supporting.  Rep. Molchany is the epitome of our values and vision.

Erin Molchany is a visionary, creative, forward-looking legislator. She represents our progressive values and she is out front and outspoken on the issues we care about.

She has a proven track record of being a true progressive and has been recognized as an emerging leader on many vital issues including education, healthcare and transportation.

Her voting record in the past year has distinguished her as a progressive representative who takes the concerns and values of her constituents seriously.

Representative Erin Molchany gives the people of the 36th Legislative District a legislator who will fight for their values in Harrisburg.

She gives the people of Pennsylvania a voice for working families throughout the Commonwealth.

Rep. Molchany is the only candidate in the 36th district who will stand up for progressive, democratic values.

For all of these reasons the Keystone Progress Political Action Committee proudly endorses Rep. Erin Molchany.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
