This is being reported first by Bloomberg:
Four militants were killed and two wounded when Ukrainian troops stormed an airport in Kramatorsk, taking it under control, Russia’s state-run RIA Novosti news service reported. Ukrainian units backed by armored personnel carriers blocked all approaches to the town of Slovyansk, RIA said, citing an a pro-Russian activist, Sergey Tsyplakov. Part of Russia’s 45th Airborne Regiment was spotted in both of the towns, Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Vitali Yarema said on Channel 5.

This is a high level attributed quote which connotes two things: The Ukrainian government has reason to believe this is so and they want to let the world know. Previously we have seen
video of a uniformed Russian officer addressing Ukrainian police in the breakaway Donestk Oblast. BBC believes the video to be authentic but click and read the article to make your own opinion.
A video has been posted on YouTube of a man who purports to be a Russian army lieutenant colonel with a line of policemen in east Ukraine
.
Russian Prime Minister Medvedev had similarly projective language on todays engagements:
“The illegal rulers are trying to restore the order they cynically trampled on when they participated in an armed uprising,” he wrote. “They are falling into their own trap.”
This is the same argument that Putin used to invade regions of Georgia in 2008. Moscow sees the leaders in Kiev as the "illegal ruler", who's reaction to pro-Russian protesters seizing of government buildings in the eastern Ukraine, is a terroristic launch of civil war. The use of the word "trap" is ironic as this appears to be exactly how Russia boxed Georgia into a brief, one-sided war. Regardless of who's trap this is, it has been sprung and swarms of special forces in unmarked uniforms are probably spreading throughout the Donetsk region as we speak.
