Video of Booda Bear talking to John Jacob Schmidt:
Well ... paradise can only last so long before the new song turns to "Trouble In Paradise."
It all started on Friday (April 25) paranoid Stewart Rhodes, founder of Oath Keepers, got "intel" from a "source of intelligence of high value" within the Department of Defense who told them that "Eric Holder approved a hot drone strike on the [welfare king] Bundy ranch within 48 hours."
LMFAO "source of intelligence of high value"
Oh, but the delusional drone strike blah blah is not where trouble in paradise began. No, trouble in paradise began when Stewart Rhodes said he would have to "evacuate all of his Oath Keepers that have been stationed down" at the Bundy Ranch - and that is what pissed off Booda Bear, who is "head of security" for the Bundy Ranch.
Ha! "stationed."
So Booda Bear expressed his anger at the Oath Keepers to John Jacob Schmidt of Radio Free Redoubt (not to be confused with John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt) and said:
BOODA BEAR: "this is a battle front in some sense of the word and to remove them is kind of ah -- that's some yellow curd -- ya know, spineless backbone, piece of sh't maneuvering right there."
Booda Bear went on to say:
BOODA BEAR: "... and upon doing that [evacuation] we called 'em out on it. He had pretty much said 'well I need to pull my guys back so they can allocate resources to the exterior of the area' -- meaning go into the next town and get hotel rooms, get showers, gamble eat steak dinners while we're out here on the battle front."
LMFAO ... "battle front"
BOODA BEAR: "... now we all have that thought of the fight of freedom and fighting against tyranny and this government that's trying to repress us but ta pull out of town and to go to hotels and say you did it for security -- that's coward, that's coward. My guys sleep in the dirt out here, we're on shifts for 14hours a day and trying to make sure that this family [welfare-king Bundy] stays safe and secure ... and just so everybody knows, as Booda, head of security for the Bundy Family I can swear on the white skin that covers my ass there will not be an Oath Keeper -- there WILL NOT BE AN OATH KEEPER allowed to set foot on the internal ranch property.
(emphasis by Booda Bear - not me)
WTF? "... white skin that covers my ass..." yeah, those are his exact words.
But Booda will let Oath Keepers stay on the exterior
BOODA BEAR: "Now if they want to post up there at the top and help give us some support and cheerleading capiblities then that would be greatly appreciated. But um as far as I'm concerned -- them takin off - I've lost all respect for em.
Video of Booda Bear's conversation with John Jacob Schmit is at the end of this Diary below the orange squiggle.
Shit -- aint that a bummer. Their little pretend army, fighting their little pretend "battle" on their pretend "battle front" could not even stick together for more than two weeks ... LMFAO.
As a short summary of events that led to the breakdown of the Bundy Militia:
Oct 2013: Federal Court ruled Bundy has been trespassing for over 20 years on Federal Public Land and orders Bundy cows be removed and if not removed within 45 days will be impounded and removed from Public Land.
The Court further ordered that "Bundy shall not physically interfere with any seizure or impoundment operation authorized by this Court’s Order."
March 2014: BLM sent Bundy letter giving notice of the date they were coming to uphold the Oct Court Order
March - April 10: Bundy supporters use social networking to round up others who loath America's rules of law to go to Nevada heavily armed to help Bundy violently violate a Federal Court order.
April 10: Bundy's armed militia put up a large banner which read "MILITA SIGHN IN" (Misspelling of MILITIA SIGN IN).
The Bundy militia demanded the tear down of all US Park Service entry booths and demanded that US Federal Government lands in the area be handed over to the State of Nevada. Cliven Bundy threatened that his militia will take matters into their own hands if their demands were not met within a short period of time and said, "The people and citizens of America will win this fight."
April 12: Roughly 1000 of Bundy's Militia snipers took positions along highway barriers abutments against about a dozen law enforcement officers who were attempting to carry out a Federal Court order.
April 14: Chickensh*t Teaparty Militia leader, Richard Mack, told Fox News he wanted to use woman as human shields in his effort to help Cliven Bundy's violent violation of a Court order mandating Bundy get his cows off of Federal land.
April 17: BLM leave the area and the Bundy militia's paranoia and delusional thoughts of future events from the US government begin -- drone strikes, no-fly zones etc.
April 25: Bundy's militia begins to fall apart.
Summary of Federal Court ruling
Finally, the Court finds that Bundy’s objections to the United States’ Motion, many of which have been disposed of in prior proceedings, are without merit. The Court has stated unequivocally on numerous occasions that it has jurisdiction to hear this case, and that the Allotment is owned by the United States and managed by the DOI through the BLM and the NPS.
Bundy’s repeated suggestions to the contrary are entirely unavailing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the United States’ Motion to Enforce Injunction (Doc. #50) is hereby GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy is permanently enjoined from trespassing on the former Bunkerville Allotment.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to protect the former
Bunkerville Allotment against this trespass, and all future trespasses by Bundy.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy shall remove his livestock from the former
Bunkerville Allotment within 45 days of the date hereof, and that the United States is entitled to seize and remove to impound any of Bundy’s cattle that remain in trespass after 45 days of the date hereof.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to seize and remove to
impound any of Bundy’s cattle for any future trespasses, provided the United States has complied with the notice provisions under the governing regulations of the United States Department of the Interior.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy shall not physically interfere with any seizure or impoundment operation authorized by this Court’s Order.
