The Mafia's Leaked annual report from the Federal Government’s Drug Enforcement Agency reveals the Mafia (Organized Crime not Based on Wall St) is behind the scenes and is lobbying hard for the TPP.
Documents show the Major DC Law firm of Capo, Capo, Capo and Hernandez (an Italian America Law firm expanding into business south of the United States) is exercising its lobbying muscle.
The Mafia group are planning a comeback by using the ISIS provisions of the TPP and TTIP.
They believe the so called “trade treaties,” which are really protection policies for the media, financial and pharmaceutical industries are well-suited to their form of business.
One paragraph states:
“Given our relationship with one of the banks was laundering over $1 Billion in cash per day, our new relationships with major Banks have stepped up to our business, and are now clearing over $2 Billion per day. Our investments in various Federal Agencies, every member of Congress, and the Supreme Court (Thanks to the Italian American and Brother Catholics on the court) are working really well. We are satisfied with the effectiveness of The Presidential Dictum, “Look Forward not Backward” and we expect the Feds to leave our TBTF Banks alone. We are therefore confident that our revenues will continue to grow for the foreseeable future, and we are considering an IPO in the future. We've engaged a high frequency trading firm to give us advice on the stock market.
Our ability to deliver cash to these Banks staved off their bankruptcy in 2008, and many a Chief Executive‘s bonus is now a direct result of our cash injections into the Banks. Better yet, we make no demands of the Bankers, except return of our money, no reports, no limits on their take, unlike the interference of the Fed in their legitimate business. The future for unfettered Capitalism is bright.”
Other sections of the papers received (from an unknown source, located in Utah), describe the potential seen by the Mafia in the trade treaties which overrule domestic law in all of the signatories.
“The combination of Sex Tourism, and the ability for the Sex Trade and Mexican Drug Cartel to sue the Federal Government to open the US borders to all their (white) lines of business is expected to grow 78% over the next five year planning period.
The only thing that REALLY scares us is that those states that have begun legalizing our product might actually succeed. We'll have to get our lawyers to have a look at what they're doing, because they might lower the prices to the point where we can't make money anymore. There must be something in the constitution about commerce, or one of these treaties about restraint of trade...” The Cartels have bought 450,000 acres of pristine Northern California forest to use as farming facilities, and the Cartel intends to subdivide the agricultural land into nine-square-foot lots (one yard square), to grow the 10 plants allowed for each “medical marijuana” licensee, under a special clause in their standard contract “Make me an Offer I can’t Refuse.”
We are expanding our lines of drugs, because we are confident of two things:
- We will be able to maintain our high in price with suitable aid from governments worldwide
- We will therefore be able to continue to provide employment for thousands of DEA officials, all on the take even if they don’t take direct from us, their pensions depend on our goodwill and continued supply of product
We have a good relationship with the DEA, and leak selected details of a shipment to the DEA occasionally, to make them look good -- but the losses are trivial, and they’ve rarely captured anyone of any significance.”
Under the ISIS clause of the TPP, we expect to be able to extend our trafficking, immediately after it is legalized by the TPP signatories who we have purchased outright, if the next Government of Mexico still cannot be bough outright.
Our lawyers are confident we can tie up enough of law enforcement to achieve our goals and still remain the sole supplier of this product and our status as the supplier of choice. We fully support the US war on drugs. It's good for business – it keeps profits up and helps us create barriers to entry for people who want to compete.
Our motto is:” Illegality maximizes Profits.” We expect a secret endorsement of our business from the whole Federal Government, as the market keeps all of us awash in money from our monopoly business sales, and provides full employment for the Government employees that continue in their efforts to “eliminate” our business. By the way, have you noticed that those people who say they want to eliminate us would be out of their jobs if they succeeded? They need us to succeed, in order to keep their jobs. It's a win-win arrangement.
A final handwritten note on the document states: “If we were equally practiced at eliminating our competition, as the Feds are at controlling our business, we’d have real competition... It's a good thing we don't have to pay taxes, but that's only fair. None of the largest companies in America pay significant taxes, because we are all trying to maximize shareholder value. We're bigger than most. We know our shareholders appreciate what we do.
